• Depth of the Earth work excavation for foundations is according to the structural Design and Detailed drawing. (Excavation quantity may vary based on site condition, maximum 6 depth allowed)
• Laying of P.C.C 1:4:8 using 40 mm metal laid in layers 75mm thick for foundations.
• The height of the formed ground car parking level from the Road level is 1’6”
• The height of the ground level from the Road level is 3’6” (Including finishing) or as allowed by the authorities
• Width of the External Plinth Beam is 1’3”x0’9”
• All Concrete 1:2:4 ratio Footing/Column/Beam and Roof Slab(RMC) (Cement: M Sand)
• Back filling for the foundations using excavated earth would be well watered and consolidated (Msand quarry powder waste)
• Basement brick work in CM 1:5 using quality Bricks for 230 mm thick above Plinth Beam.
• External wall 9clay BRICK work (basic cost of brick INR 10.50/)--.
• Internal partition wall 4.5 clay brick work (basic cost of brick INR10.50/)-.
• Parapet Wall 4.5 Clay brick work 30 height (basic cost of brick INR10.50/)-
